How to know internet working or not… connection came or not


Hi friends this is one the method iam using to check the internet is working or not.
There are so many ways to disconnect the internet connection
1. External problem ( may be wire can be can be unplug so it one of the reason to disconnect internet )
2. Another reason is modem may be fault.(how to find is working or not its very simple all modem available to 4 types of “led” lights are there so 1-> power 2-> link 3-> data 4-> pc/usb so u see that 3 rd one because its only show indicate weather is connect from the ISP or not so this is one of the problem….
Another method to find internet is working or not

Can I show some screenshot…

STEPS:
• First go menu start-> run
• Then open a command box so type “ cmd ” after that open a new comman prompt….
• Then type this key word “ ping”
(Ex: ping www.google.com)

Example:
I check internet working or not in this method so I following above 3 step then going check “ ping www.google .com then enter in case internet not working show error message like this show the screen shot
“C:\Documents and Settings\dnsh>ping www.google.com
Ping request could not find host www.google.com. Please check the name and try a
Gain.”



Else incase internetworking show a message like this
